Quartz

What is Quartz?

Quartz is man made material, roughly 93% made of ground quartz and the remaining 7% are fillers and binders, all of which give quartz a tremendous strength.

Why Choose Quartz?

  • Quartz is a nonporous and nonabsorbent material, making it stain resistant and antibacterial.
  • It is very durable.
  • Quartz is a chameleon, it mimics other materials. You can get quartz which looks like marble but you won't pay a marble price tag.
  • You don't have to seal it at all, so it's hustle free.
  • Quartz has a wide-ranging palette of monochromatic colors and patterns you can choose especially if you're looking for something more modern.
  • The only downside is that it is not as heat resistance as some other materials, so you have to be careful not to put really hot pots on.
